Project management is the process of leading a team to achieve project goals within a set time frame, budget, and scope. It involves applying skills, knowledge, and methods to meet project objectives.
some aspects of project management Includes
five basic phases of project management are initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and closing.
i. Preparation of Bill of Quantities, Tender documents, Valuations, schedules for materials and labour and schedules of Dilapidation
ii. Carrying out and verify Contractors monthly valuations of work done/ progress.
iii. Supply all relevant information to the Director for relevant duties.
iv. Prepare change work order request
v. Advising on a range of legal and contractual issues
vi. Conducting feasibility studies to estimate materials, time and labour costs.
