Research Interests

I hold Degrees up to Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Food Science and Technology. I also hold another Degrees up to Master of Science in Computer Science. My research interest is stemmed from my ability to use the instrumentality of Computing and Computation to solving the Food and Nutritional related problem. My focus has been to effectively utilize the instrumentality of Food and its nutrients to advance human's wellness and health. The research is to understudy the interaction of the molecular elements of food which is nutrients and the human organism. The application of scientific principles of nutrition to human subject to health and disease conditions. My areas of focus are: Advance Human Nutrition, Food Biochemistry, Food Chemistry, Food Biochemical Engineering, Food Processing, Advance Automata Theory, Modelling and Simulation, Data Mining, and C++ Python.
